We do not guarantee delivery or shipment dates; all dates are estimates provided by our shipping carrier and are subject to delays during busy periods such as Christmas and New Year. Orders are shipped to the delivery address as entered by the customer when order is placed.
Customers will receive an email confirming their order shortly after the order is placed. If you do not receive this email confirmation, please double check any junk/spam folders.
Veganut Ltd cannot be held responsible/liable for lost or stolen packages that have had delivery confirmation to the address that was provided by the customer. The customer accepts full responsibility to file any claim(s) with the carrier for damaged and/or lost shipments.
Customers are responsible for providing Veganut Ltd with their correct shipping address. If a package is returned or rejected, the customer will be contacted and will be required to pay for re-shipment postage. If items are unclaimed at the depot for more than 10 days, your item will not be returned to us, it will be destroyed by our shipping carrier. Veganut Ltd holds no responsibility to cover costs and no refunds will be issued in this instance. You as the buyer are responsible for claiming your goods.
Veganut Ltd do not take responsibility for any shipment delays by our carriers. No refunds/exchanges for shipping costs will be given in these cases. We do not offer refunds/exchanges for "change of mind."
For ALL orders placed online, store pickup is NOT an option.
You, the buyer, are responsible for any VAT, tariff, duty, taxes, handling fees, customs clearance charges, etc. required by your country for importing consumer goods. We do not collect this beforehand, and cannot give you an estimate of the cost - charges vary around the world. As an international consumer, please do your research to ensure there are no surprise charges when clearing your package through customs, and to have an idea of what the additional cost may be. Orders may be returned for various reasons including: non-payment of tariffs, incorrect address, unclaimed at post office, etc. If a package is returned or rejected, the customer will be contacted and will be required to pay for re-shipment postage.
Should you wish to return your order, please notify us within 14 days of purchase with a valid reason for return (we do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges due to change of mind). If we are unable to resolve your complaint or further assist you, we will process a refund upon timely receipt of the goods purchased. Unopened goods will be refunded in full minus shipping costs. Refunds will be processed promptly and payment made by the same method that you made payment. Refund payments may take up to 7 business days to be received.
