Method
- Mix rice puffs and protein powder together in a large bowl.
- Melt peanut the butter and maple syrup together in microwave and mix until smooth, then pour over the rice puffs/protein. Mix with a wooden spoon until evenly coated.
- Press into a lined tin or tray, top with your favourite sprinkles and refrigerate for an hour. Slice and enjoy! ⠀
